    This is a family hotel. The hotel is clean and has great river-view. The good was good and they offer a buffet dinner every night. The hotel is located in the centratl area of Kandy.

    The staff was a bit not effecient when we checked out. The price of the hotel is not the best as other hotels in the same city had better services (better food, hotel design, location..etc). for the same price. In general it is not bad but if you have a chance choose Earl Regency as it is better for the same price

    The property was truly exceptional with respectful and hospitable staff from the management down, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel location was wonderful down hill from here.

    Everything was perfect, met requirements, and the staff were very polite and polite people from the management down. The location was marvellous, near the town center, in the lovely area. A gym and treadmills were right on spot. Got extra water when I needed.

    Very nice place to stay, perfect room, beautiful territory, friendly staff. Rich variety of food, especially deserts. Hotel is located on the river and you can go boat trips with breakfast. Good location for visiting Sri Lanka attractions in Kandy, Sigiriya and Nuwara Eliya. Perfect for celebrating Christmas

    I was captivated by the charming ambiance and serene atmosphere that surrounded the hotel. The well-appointed Beautiful Double or Twin Room offered amazing views of the river. The culinary experience was amazing, especially with the delicious variety at the buffet and the good mango and coconut water treat!

    Couples looking for a romantic escape

    The staff showed really good hospitality. They were very good too make sure every detail was taken care of. One time, they even surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was a nice touch, and the view from our room was just amazing, the garden and pool right outside offered such a beautiful space to unwind.

    It wasn't inexpensive by any means, but it was still a decent experience.

    This is a splendid hotel with marvellous architecture and luxury amenities. Service and food was excellent, as well as the staff. All members of our party, included the children were delighted and had a fantastic time.
